Rehearsals on Wednesdays: Cast 1 (3:30-4:40), Cast 2 (4:45-5:55), & Cast 3 (6:00-7:10)
Saturday Rehearsals: January 24th, February 14th, February 28th, April 4th (Cast 1 -- 8:30-10:00; Cast 2 -- 10:00-11:30; Cast 3 -- 11:30-1:00)
No rehearsal will be held on March 18th for BVSD Spring Break.

Audition Workshop/Family Orientation: January 7th from 4:00-6:00 (all casts together)
Audition: January 21st during normal rehearsal times
Tech Week: May 11th-13th (3:30-5:15 cast 1, 5:15-7:00 cast 2, 7:00-8:30 cast 3)
Cast 1 Shows: May 14th at 6PM & May 16th at 6PM
Cast 2 Shows: May 15th at 6PM & May 17th at 2PM
Cast 3 Shows: May 16th at 2PM & May 17th at 5:00
Strike & Cast Party: May 17th from 5:45-7:00 (all casts)

Audition Materials

Auditions will be held on January 21st during your normal rehearsal time:

Cast 1 -- 3:30-4:40

For your audition, please prepare:

1. The audition song cuts (your should prepare both, but plan to only sing one)

2. The sides assigned to you after the audition workshop

3. Auditon Form and Company Contract completed

Parent Resources

Thank you for supporting your actor in this production! You can also help in the following ways:

Volunteer: We need front of house and cast party volunteers. This year, we are requesting that the cast party be parent-led. Sign-Up for Front of House Here!

If you would like to volunteer BACKSTAGE, please sign-up here!

Costumes: Please provide a base layer for your actor by the start of tech week. This includes a tank top and dance/bike shorts in white, black or skin-tone. We also ask that all actors have jazz shoes for rehearsals and performances!

Preparation: Please encourage your actor to rehearse at home. This is vital during the long rehearsal process to help them retain everything they learn at the theater. All materials are saved in the Actor Resources folder shared above.

Tickets: Please purchase your tickets ahead of time here!
